I've been asked.....

To do a small swap at a coffee house (can one ever have too much?) or some place like that. Being feremented foods only. I'm game for sure. Anyone else? I've heard from a few and I know the holidays are about here.

Here is what I'm thinking of doing

Pervered lemons and kraut....not seperate but all in one. Interesting yes? I'm starting the lemons this week then when they are done it will be on to the kraut.
