I've been asked.....

To do a small swap at a coffee house (can one ever have too much?) or some place like that. Being feremented foods only. I'm game for sure. Anyone else? I've heard from a few and I know the holidays are about here.

Here is what I'm thinking of doing

Pervered lemons and kraut....not seperate but all in one. Interesting yes? I'm starting the lemons this week then when they are done it will be on to the kraut.

bringing to the first St. Louis Food Swap? I'm not sure it could be kombucha mother, water kefir, fresh ground flour.....not sure.
